1. Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings (cars, transfers, or tours) must be made through our website, email, or phone.

• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of payment and confirmation from FOX RENT 369.

• Prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

2. Payment

• Payment can be made online or in person.

• Full or partial prepayment may be required depending on the service.

• Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit cards, bank transfer, or other methods specified on the website.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the service may be eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of service may incur a partial or full charge depending on circumstances.

• For special tours or group bookings, different cancellation policies may apply.

4. Changes to Bookings

• Changes to date, time, or route must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

• FOX RENT 369 will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee availability.

5. Liability

• FOX RENT 369 is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure.

• Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the service.

• Vehicles are insured; any damages caused by the customer may incur additional charges.

6. Driver & Vehicle

• All drivers are professionally trained, licensed, and English-speaking.

• Vehicles are maintained and fully insured.

• Smoking and pets policies are subject to individual vehicle rules.

7. Travel Documents

• Customers traveling internationally must carry valid travel documents, passports, and visas if required.

8. Safety Rules

• Customers must follow the driver’s instructions and local traffic laws.

• Seat belts are mandatory for all passengers.

• Alcohol or illegal substances are prohibited during the ride.

9. Complaints

• Any complaints or feedback should be submitted in writing via email within 24 hours of service.

• FOX RENT 369 will respond and resolve issues promptly.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Serbia.

• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Belgrade, Serbia.
